We will exchange your new car within five days for the following reasons:
- Odometer discrepancy
- Transmission issues
- Engine Function & Operation Failure
- Drive Train (4x4 System Failures or Differential Failures)
- ABS & Brake Function
- Electrical Accessory Failures
- Emission Control Equipment Failures
- Air Conditioning Failures
- Seller Misrepresentation
- Title Misrepresentation
In order to exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5pm EST on the 5th calendar day after the purchase of your vehicle. Your vehicle must have already been verified by our approved 3rd party mechanic, body shop, or attorney. We cannot exchange the car if it has been modified, has more than 200 miles from the time of purchase, has been in an accident or damaged, is altered from the condition it was delivered in, had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle or for any single item mechanical defect that our repair cost would be under $500. (Taxable towaway, airbag SRS failures and branded vehicles are sold as-is and are exempt from exchange.)
